Pre-Campaign planning & feasibility studies

 

In many instances there is momentum within an organization to raise a certain amount of money through a fundraising campaign. A tentative goal has been set and a list of Needs has been developed internally.

Before launching the campaign, however, it is always a good idea to test the proposed campaign with some of your key donors and volunteers to determine their receptivity to the goal, the Needs, and the campaign in general. ImageScript can assist you to do this essential pre-campaign market research through a Pre-Campaign Planning/Feasibility Study.

Focused on the candid views and opinions of 25-50 of your top prospective major gift donors, friends and potential campaign leaders, the Study will assess critical success factors in campaigns, such as achievability of the proposed campaign goal, acceptance of the Case for Support and the Needs, willingness to give and volunteer, and overall reactions to your organization’s image, timing and fundraising readiness.

ImageScript will manage all aspects of the Study, in close consultation with you. The Final Report of the Study will provide a detailed blueprint outlining how you and your organization should prepare for your upcoming campaign.

If required, we can also develop the Test Case for Support to be used in the Study for you. Also known as the Preliminary Statement of Need, this is a very brief (3-4 page) description of your Needs list and proposed goal. Minimal research and interviews are required. Graphics and brochures are not required, other than your logo/letterhead.
